Merlot : from the 4th October until the 9th October
Cabernets : the 14th and 15th October

Vinification :
Traditional with adapted temperature control according to the grape varieties

Ageing :
60 % in new oak barrels
40 % in second fill barrels

180 hectolitres from 6.60 hectares (16.3 acres)
