South-east of Saint Emilion. Directly south-facing slope.

- Surface area :

37 hectares (91.39 acres) in production.

- Density of plantation :

5,500 plants per hectare.

- Grape varieties :

- 70% Merlot
- 20% Cabernet Franc
- 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

- Average age of the vines :

42 years

- Average yield :

Between 28 and 30 hectolitres per hectare

- Vineyard management :

Crop thinning, first de-leafing in June, then in August.

- Growing season data :

- Flowering from the 1st to the 5th June
- Colour change of grapes from the 29th July to the 8th September

- Picking :

From the 16th to the 25th September.

- Vinification :

In temperature controlled oak vats.

- Ageing :

In 100% new oak barrels.

- Blending :

70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.

- Production :

90,000 bottles
