7 hectares (17.29 acres)

- Density of plantation :

6,500 plants per hectare

- Grape varieties :

- 70% Merlot
- 20% Cabernet Franc
- 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

- Average age of the vines :

35 years

- Average yield :

28 hectolitres per hectare

- Vineyard management :

Traditional and adapted

- 2003 harvesting dates :

- 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th September for the Merlot
- 24th and 25th September for the Cabernets
Vibrating sorting table for an optimal selection

- Vinification :

Traditional vinification with techniques adapted according to the vats and grape varieties. Regular tasting of vats in the presence of the consultant oenologist (Laboratoire Rolland).

- Ageing :

- 65% in new barrels
- 35% in second-fill barrels
The duration of ageing is yet to be determined. It will depend on the wine’s development.
